Inviting Effects Brand Ambassador & Creator Agreement

Overview

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Inviting Effects. This program is designed to build authentic relationships with creators who genuinely align with the Inviting Effects brand and values.

Our goal is to create thoughtful partnerships centered around natural self-care, intentional living, and honest product experiences.

By participating in the Inviting Effects Brand Ambassador & Creator Program, you agree to the following terms and expectations.

Program Expectations

Selected ambassadors and creators agree to:

  • Maintain a positive and respectful online presence

  • Represent Inviting Effects authentically and professionally

  • Share honest experiences with products received

  • Create original content featuring Inviting Effects products when mutually agreed upon

  • Refrain from misleading claims about products or results

  • Communicate respectfully and reliably throughout the partnership

Inviting Effects values authenticity over follower count and encourages genuine engagement over scripted promotion.

Eligibility

To participate in the program, applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be based in the United States

  • Maintain an active public social media account or content platform

  • Have an interest in natural skincare, wellness, self-care, or lifestyle content

Selection into the program is at the sole discretion of Inviting Effects.

Products & Benefits

Depending on ambassador or creator tier, selected participants may receive:

  • Complimentary handcrafted products

  • Exclusive discounts

  • Referral commission opportunities

  • Early access to launches

  • Featured content opportunities

  • Potential long-term collaboration opportunities

Products provided are selected based on availability, creator alignment, and communicated interests or preferences.

Inviting Effects reserves the right to modify program benefits, tiers, and offerings at any time.

Content Guidelines

If products are received as part of a collaboration, ambassadors/creators agree that:

  • Content shared should reflect genuine opinions and experiences

  • Any sponsored or gifted content must comply with applicable FTC disclosure guidelines (including use of disclosures such as #gifted, #ad, or #sponsored when appropriate)

  • Content should not contain offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or misleading material

  • Content should align with the overall aesthetic and values of Inviting Effects

Creators are encouraged to maintain their own authentic voice and style.

Content Usage Rights

By participating in the program and sharing content featuring Inviting Effects products, you grant Inviting Effects permission to:

  • Repost shared content on social media platforms

  • Feature content on the Inviting Effects website

  • Use content in marketing materials, digital advertising, email campaigns, or promotional materials

Whenever possible, creator credit will be provided.

Creators retain ownership of their original content.

If a creator prefers that specific content not be reused, written notice may be provided to Inviting Effects.

Ambassador & Creator Conduct

Inviting Effects reserves the right to remove any ambassador or creator from the program at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Misrepresentation of the brand

  • Inappropriate or offensive conduct

  • Harassment or harmful online behavior

  • Repeated failure to communicate

  • Violation of applicable laws or platform policies

Inviting Effects reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue collaborations at any time.

Commissions & Compensation

Some creators may be offered referral codes, affiliate links, or commission opportunities.

Specific commission structures, payment schedules, and requirements will be communicated separately if applicable.

Inviting Effects reserves the right to adjust commission structures or discontinue affiliate opportunities at any time.

No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Inviting Effects Brand Ambassador & Creator Program does not establish an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

Participants are independent collaborators and are responsible for their own taxes, disclosures, and compliance obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Inviting Effects shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of products.

Participants are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and discontinuing use if irritation or sensitivity occurs.

Agreement Updates

Inviting Effects reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Continued participation in the program after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
